I was, and I don't think you have a clue about what you're talking about.

Mike Kendrick was the CEO and he screwed the common shareholders. He screwed his investors, plain and simple.

That's what happened.

PLEASE SHOW PROOF! mike saying so does not cut it. I and everyone would like to see the filing. after all he was CEO for what almost a year, no excuses, no proof, yet filings have been posted to the contrary.

the 8k filed w.the sec contains no promise of funding, but in fact mineseeker received no less than 750k of funding from investors in the company that direclty benefited mineseeker (bank records being hard to refute)

as ceo mike never engaged an auditor to file financials to the company reporting which it still is today although delinquent

as for being lured he merged mineseeker twice over a six month period into nhs and imo conspired to defraud the previous control block holder out of his shares which he subsequently retired

what you fail to realize herr fritz is there do exist people with more facts than you and with facts to refute whatever your trying to gloss over and ignore

if i was a grandfather like mike i wouldnt want to sully my name over something still easily remedied and compound it by having some fake attorney sending threatening emails....
