Does any company like LTNC file an 8k for every PR they ever put out????? TIA LOL

There is no material difference between an 8k and PR. The disclosure requirements are the same. If a company states in an 8K or PR that it earned $1million, then the company is held to account for that information. As for the legitimacy of LTNC, c'mon. We've already gone rounds with that. I have verified the Augusta office and have been in contact with the CEO and others have verified every aspect of this company that is worth verifying. In the end, it's up to each investor to do his/her own DD until satisfied. LTNC
