That was my second point. IDCC is not certain a decision will be made today but they could have waited and issue the guidance Monday morning to be sure. What difference does it really make if the guidance was issue on Monday rather than on Thursday?
Since Idc issued guidance, we now know what the revenue baseline is should IDC record the award this quarter. I'm glad they didn't wait for confirmation by the courts.
