I haven't followed MSSD, though a few people here have. Painfully ugly chart.

Evidently the asset purchase agreement is a reverse merger. The new guy may be a front man, though I doubt he's entirely unaware of what's going on. Hines will no doubt fade into the background, where he can sell whatever stock he has left without having to report it.

Usually, though, they do this BEFORE they begin pumping the stock.

Interesting to note is that I have asked repeatedly on the MSSD board if Oscar Hines is related to Robert Hines of SEC suspended EVSO: http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2011/2011-120.htm. Each time I have asked, my post has been mysteriously and quickly deleted by the Board Admin's as being "off topic".

Also interesting to note is that MSSD's alleged "products" appear to all be similar to the same products pushed by SEC suspended GSLO as well as DOMK. These alleged products all promise to revolutionize a variety of Apple products with solar chargers, making your iTouch capable of making calls, etc, etc. The latest incarnation is with an infrared charger and starting to push another apple accessory spin off company in QUAN. All of those companies are closely associated with long time SEC recividist Kathleen Delaney and have also received funding from a company called Infinite Funding. Infinite is run by Andrew Farmer, a long time associate of Delaney and fellow SEC recividist Darrel Uselton. Farmer has most recently run into trouble with the SEC with his relationship with CHMR and his other funding company, Iridium (which is a company that was originally registered by Delaney): http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2013/lr22680.htm

I speculate that the mysterious and hard to find "Oscar" Hines may in fact be one in the same - Robert Hines. I also suspect that Andy Farmer and Delaney are behind the funding of the offshore company Kylemore Corp. - it would not be the first time those two have used a Marshall Islands offshore entity to hide their ill-gotten gains for toxic convertible "loans".

GD DC you are good! I enjoyed the Penny Stock video you posted.

If you want something more challenging try the KMAG forum. The Koolaid is extra slurpy over there. They validate nearly 100% of that video. The stock suspended last Sep, was pumped back up from 002 to 01. They are eagerly awaiting to see if the CEO they worship on a first name basis will post an annual update at the OTC site this week. Today, we have a post attempting to lower the bar... way down.

Grey market is great!

It is clear that being grey is not the deathknell we've been repeatedly told it'd be. Hell, we hit .014 just a few weeks back. How bad can greys really be if we're testing pre-suspension levels, and without news even? This should prove that uplisting is not the "do, or die" we are constantly being conditioned to believe
