Thank you -- I appreciate your response.

I spoke with a representative of the Philadelphia Exchange -- as an Ameritrade customer -- and he said PHLX has delayed their price structure roll out for a month and are working with Ameritrade to reach some agreement. Perhaps the situation is negotiable.

ChipA, PBOT and Ameritrade could not come to terms, I presume, based on the banner they placed on their web page today:
