ChipA, PBOT and Ameritrade could not come to terms, I presume, based on the banner they placed on their web page today:

Quotes from PBOT (the Philadelphia Board of Trade) are no longer available on the Web site. This includes the PHLX Gold/Silver sector, the PHLX Semiconductor sector, and other PHLX sector indexes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Has Stockcharts decided what to do about this?
