Kimmons does like to make threats but he also seems to like to threaten that the audit is going to be done sooooooon to. LOL

He hasn't been afraid to disobey court orders in the past. Whats the over under on him showing up?

I would say he won't show up. It does seem to be his history and there is nothing that can be pointed to, to say he has in anyway changed.
