You could be right about the 18s for today because anything can happen in this volatile period for IDCC but you can't base that observation on a few shares traded in the premarket. The bid and ask are the key indicators in the premarket, imo.

i hate to admit that i agree with your sentiments about court timing...slow going, keep expectations modest. BUT, hopefully you'll be as wrong here as everywhere else.
