no disrespect intended but if BPAX was a sinking ship, who do you think is the captain guiding the ship down?
I feel simes has sold shareholder interest out in return for a golden parachute and possibly a side deal but I believe it's clear it's not a shareholder friendly deal.

Well the one good thing is that if this merger des go through with this shitty valuation slapped in our faces at least there won't be a R/S.
