scarednomore, If I were you I wouldn't bother to make an opportunist understand the solid principles of investing based on one of the most important aspects of a company operations: fundamentals. The current scenario is a good one for those who trade on potential of a Pump and Dump, and a quit buck. That is what CDEX is about as it stands now. But solid and sound investment is a big risk at this time. Some time ago I said that CDEX will need to have at least two years of sales, revenues, profits and good management history before even being looked at by any serious and/or institutional investor. Other than that, only those who manage to have playing money to enter and exit on a consistent basis can make money here. And those are only an insignificant fraction of the 35,000 current shareholders. The rest will have to wait a couple of years and, if ALL goes well (which unfortunately randomly does), have a chance to recover something.

I respect your wisdom and insight. You speak out of your experience and knowledge.

Those that bought at 85 cents most likely are waiting for at least two bucks. If they did sell, it would quickly drive the price back down to 85, or lower.

To make money on a P&D, it is necessary to be quick. Keep an eye on the sell volume and jump to try to beat the dump. Keep an eye on the buy volume, and either buy or hold, as your nerve and guess power dictates.

As a long term investment, CDEX stinks. There is clearly never going to be a Valimed in every household in the US of A.

Certainly not in every drugstore. Drugstores buy in bulk, and count out pills or measure out the liquid according to the prescription. They do not "compound' anything.

How many hospitals or drug manufacturers will buy them a valimed? I dunno, but I very much doubt that there will be many that do.

Scarednomore:

You are sure right about those who paid 85 cents not wanting to sell at a $1.30. Which includes Baxa. I don't feel they signed on because they thought CDEX was going to be a BB stock forever.

You promised yourself to never spend a penny on potential?
Well, I feel every stock out there is bought on potential, the potential for their stock price to increase.

I may be wrong Scared, but I hope I am not, if this stock is not well above $2.00 buy the time real revenue's are annouced, then there were no institional buying.

We already know that Baxa has to buy X amount of units and sell X amount of units to keep their exclusive. Don't you think that those revenue's might be worth $3 to $5.00, I do.

In order for Baxa to want to be a distributor, and the exclusive one at that, they had to be pretty convinced in the tech and its worth to the general public. From the CDEX side, they had to have asked for a pretty large number of units to be bought and sold by Baxa, in order to let them have an exclusive deal.

I think your promise has been met and then some, once every "posted everything" you are looking for happens, I am thinking the stock could very well be much higher than $2.00.

But is it not fun to share our speculation!!!
Here is hoping all your "everything" is met by CDEX.
