I do believe in their business model, provided they manage the subscriptions properly. Some shipping delays are okay, but customers need the warm & fuzzy or else they will leave. Too high of churn is a killer, no matter who you're aligned with.

A big ol' YES to that one. Todays trading was ugly no doubt but if a 17% decrease,or increase for that matter, was going to affect me that much I wouldn't be investing in this stock in the first place. I'm going for the homerun with this one and in my opinion patience will win out in the end. I can't think of another stock with the potential/price we have right here.
