Investing in the (company)...

I do believe in their business model, provided they manage the subscriptions properly. Some shipping delays are okay, but customers need the warm & fuzzy or else they will leave. Too high of churn is a killer, no matter who you're aligned with.

Hanging on to my shares because I think they'll make it!
