I never claimed the SEC doesn't have jurisdiction. I said there is no data that claims the SEC is bringing them to justice. Carmen Tellez has and had nothing to do with this other than being Friedli's girlfriend.
As for your assertion that payoffs abound is supposition. Petersen was a patsy. The real question is how could a prominent law firm run a course of due diligence, even so far as protecting the technology, not know what was happening.
