Yes and no. Have you read the complaint in the civil suit? All the people involved knew the "proprietary technology" didn't do what it purported to do months before the stock promo got underway.

Carmen Tellez was named in the lawsuit against RAYSTREAM.

She was specifically named in the lawsuit and not just because she was involved romantically with Tom Friedli.

People don't get sued just because they have a romantic involvement with someone else in a lawsuit.

Specific allegations were made against Carmen Tellez in that lawsuit.
