just scalped $1.44 of RIMM so far off $61 on the bounce ....still going higher ...

RIMM not as frisky a bounce as last time they pulled this, had almost $1.75 on that , but had to settle for $1.40

RIMM "software workaround" --- if this is feasible why did RIMM previously agree to pay $450M as settlement and then recently try to have the court uphold the settlement? My day to ask a stupid question ----- can't RIMM create the workaround program for considerably less than $450M ?????
