If he wasn't he had every oportunity to bail out long ago and no one could have or would have blamed him...He stuck with it and stayed nose to the grindestone....He may be guilty of making bad judgement by talking to people before he should have but it is becoming apparent he has learned his lesson and IMO we will benefit in a big way here....
