I expect we will several brokerage firms go bankrupt because of their failing to live up to their fiduciary duties. Won't be much longer imho. The sad part is some will claim they had no idea the rules were not being followed. Jail sentences should follow imho.

Or are they? Why are you blaming TDA and not other brokers?

WE ALL KNEW this was a high-risk mining penny stock that could be affected by NSS. AND... we all chose to do buy this high-risk stock via our brokers (not just TDA by the way).

Why are you assuming ALL NSS came through TDA? Don't forget there are many other brokers who traded FFGO.

WE ALL CHOSE TO BUY FFGO THROUGH OUR OWN BROKERS.

Good luck trying to sue/blame one single broker for a bad investment decision we all made.
