FFGO - No one ever said that TDA was the only one NITE, PNSN, UBSS, HDSN, ETRF, etc were generating counterfeit electronic equity markers for!

it does appear that TDA and Scottrade were closer to the +!+ when it came to aiding and abetting NITE et al.

Or are they? Why are you blaming TDA and not other brokers?

WE ALL KNEW this was a high-risk mining penny stock that could be affected by NSS. AND... we all chose to do buy this high-risk stock via our brokers (not just TDA by the way).

Why are you assuming ALL NSS came through TDA? Don't forget there are many other brokers who traded FFGO.

WE ALL CHOSE TO BUY FFGO THROUGH OUR OWN BROKERS.

Good luck trying to sue/blame one single broker for a bad investment decision we all made.

Just as CNBC! No one can explain that pesky little FFGO going across the scene as if it were a NASDQ listed security.

Add to that the invalid cusip # being used by ex-PNSN brokers F009417!

As randall Tex Cobb once said, "They were collaborators!"

the problem is not to blame one single broker for an own bad investment decision. I will always accept economic circumstances (adverse market developments, incompetent managements, false business models, false own forecasts a.s.o.) going against me with the consequence that I make a loss . but I will never accept to be deprived of my money by criminals and their activities. that seems to me to be the main problem with FFGO. my hope is there will be brought light into the darkness soon. so the TDA story could be well one of the first rays of light here.
