Funny you say that about resource plays .. You notice all the big time promos are resource .. Like APS etc ..

All the non resource/idea/website plays seem to be quick hits .. All APS resource ones seem to have better legs .. Wonder if easier to sell, better BS news flow, or less chance of a halt that gives them the power ?

I have no doubt they would. After all, he skipped the country rather than pay his penalties and disgorgement. That pisses them off.
