Limited liability STEALS responsibility for one's actions from the individual.

Why did they institute this?

Ummmmm, look to corporatism for any such answer.

No one can be held "PERSONALLY" responsible.

I think it's become crystal clear the incremental moves toward not being held accountable for damn near nutin' unless you are considered "nutin". Then you pay with your labor.

Well, that is not true! Same as blaming guns on Aurora or Sandy Hook. When I was in LE .2 was the legal limit and I had discretion to evaluate the driver. I just followed a lot of good folks home for safety. The only convictions were due to crashes. I don't want to quarrel about it though. You provide lots of good info excel.
