The underlining criteria for NASDAQ requires operating income or large revenue numbers. I read yesterday that the Easy Check Clinical Trials were suspended not sure why and if you are right about a delay on sales for MBAND this company is a bust based on your assumptions. You might want to sell while you can especially if the R/S is approved
