There are several ifs...

If they get relisted on the nasdaq

If they are awarded the contract this fall and start to deploy

If stetz is wrong and there is no 18 month testing period which would mean all 2500 units would start to be deployed otherwise only four (4) MBAND units would be deployed for 18 months
