Well I take back what I said. Not sure how I missed the 'annually'. I must have read something out of context.

Based in this, I agree it is not outside the realm of possibility this could hit a dollar, pre split, if the contract is fully awarded, and the O/S does not increase.

Quiver, I'm fairly confident that the $120m revenue run rate would not happen until fully implemented. That could be 3 -4 years out.

In addition, I thought DHS was only funding +/- $84M for Biowatch for 2013. This per the funding resolution that was passed for DHS budget.
