The simple truth is that Brian Wilmot will never give up control of and sell EGOH. We have a 4 year history of EGOH PR lies on line and another list of Brian Wilmot public scam company lies and failures going back to the 1990s. No one believes the lies anymore, that is why the stock is back at death valley prices now, selling off in volume. I am pretty sure the next 10-Q or 10-K, or paper napkin filling by Mr. Wilmot will show massive new share dilution as well, just as it always has. That is how he pays his local Bar tab.
