this is a normal contract ....what this is saying...is that these guys are becoming as real company...and the the management wants to be sure that they get compensated and not removed by the board...say if the board want to approve an acquistion ...and JF is against it....

I thought it was obvious that they are now paying employees with cash and not stocks. Remember; I always fet that VFIN was seliing shares for the employees, and VFIN is gone ( well - not gone - but making a diminuendo!). Looks like they're getting ocld cash, which means only one thing - they not only have movies AND games, but they also have CASH! Maybe not a cash cow yet, but that's what the future is looking like.
15 minute chart shows that we opened above the Bollies and couldn't hold it. It was, however, another great assault on .025, and the message is there: .025 is under siege!
pps dipped down to midpoint of the Bollies and turned up - now is lunchtime. Volume drops off - Momentun goes negative, but Bollies midpoint is trying to hold.
Let's make this a quick lunch, shall we?
