Just provide me with a fair valuation on the spectrum. If they think they can wipe the common out, retain the licenses, and move on....say hello to some serious litigation. With where the industry is heading those licenses are worth far more than what they have declared on the books.
Thanks for that info ! So as they are liquidating the company they have to pay out the common shareholders (if their income is above the debt) or go bust with the commons wiped out. Has anybody a good overview of the sale of the assets versus the debt ? What are the chances for the commons to receive anything from the liquidation ?
