Last 10-Q which is already 6 months old showed OS at:

Stockholder's equity: Common
stock, $0.001 par value
500,000,000 shares authorized,
439,696,454 shares issued and
outstanding as of October 31,2012

Since then Wilmot raised the AS in the Nevada charter records to 900 million shares. I wonder why he did that? Hmm, let me guess.

Nevada records still show Wilmot is the sole director, sole CEO and the Treasurer of EGOH.

Wilmot says "Trust me" LOL!!!!
