GIMU (IDCN #2) will have a very short shelf life IMO. No pun intended since GIMU is a "shelf company" that exists solely on paper.
Jeffrey Bruhjell's success rate is around 0% if one wants to research it. I don't believe that the guy is an utter failure. I just believe that he likes this GIMU (IDCN #2)-type dilution shell vehicle junk so that he can keep the profit all for himself! Why the SEC allows this, I'll never know.
