Their is a lot of Smoke and Haze regarding the actual value of Fibertower, but it should be worth more than 2 cents

Consolidate the 4 Operating Entities:

*Total Equity Comes out at -$47M
*That is with Spectrum Valued at $106.6M
*Prior to writedown in 11/2011 that Spectrum was Valued at $288M
*For every $5M that the spectrum value exceeds $153M that is $.10 per common share.
*So ask yourself why they wrote it down from $288M to $106M and has spectrum appreciated in value since 11/2011? You are essentially betting that the value of the spectrum provided they retain it will cross that $153M figure and at that point shareholders cash in.
