as I understand the link posted, it is a foreclosure of a real property, not the business of title consulting services.

ANDI's news posted dated 12/5/11 is shown below. Smart move, IMO.

Smart move for ANDI or for Dustin? The company was divested back to Dustin himself according to Florida business records

recordshttp://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail/OfficerRegisteredAgentName/domp-p01000002517-f3866d33-6063-4994-8b64-163954704b05/Secor%20dustin/Page1

Dustin had the company until 09/28/12 and the accounts receivable from the former ANDI owned company were "divested" back to himself, look below from the ANDI financials.....

On January 1, 2012, the Company entered into an agreement to return all shares of Title Consulting Services, Inc., a Florida corporation, previously purchased as stated above. No shares of stock or monies were received for the returned shares. The shares of Title Consulting Services, Inc., a Florida corporation, were returned to a majority shareholder in the Company. On December 31, 2011, prior to the divesture of Title Consulting Services, Inc., an intercompany receivable in the amount of $344,760 was cancelled by the Company.

According to Florida records posted above, all of this "company" got returned to Dustin, a little sum of accounts receivable of $344,760 back to Dustin.

Then the same Dustin owned property that ANDI listed as their address gets foreclosed?

Dustin is playing this company like a fiddle.

Take own broke company public, issue himself millions of dollars worth of preferred shares. Take 340k accounts receivable back for himself before selling investors on the next big thing "applications." Throw a few dollars at the stock on the open market, pay an investor relations firm in shares to pump the stock , not update the SS, acquire a pipe dream with previous results for 60k of investor money. Is Dustin is a hero or con Artist?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm read again objectively. I get my information through DD
