Hmmmmm! Someone besides me believes the deal is not going to go through I guess!

suspect they need the proverbial *under the rug* in play .. they can't have the TOTAL exposure

also take note re: the stox (OTC) where NITE is being hung out to dry vs those other stox where the hand off has already kicked in

can't wait to see how those *hung out to dry* >> get handled going forward

caveat: i only observe a handful of OTC co.s specific to NITE's *markers*
