THE point is that this is not a bad thing for good companies, Dilution is not always toxic financing, and so far I do not see them taking this route anyway. It is a "reserve". and if they use it then It is probably necessary. Right now however it is not a conscern. And most if not all here are aware of it. They have stated that they have operating cash, and they will be able to crunch numbers very soon regarding the CC deal. You are assuming the worst just like others here are assuming the best. The truth is at this point it is unknown how it will happen.

I agree with everything in this post, everything except for this subtle NON-fact...

Shares can be used for aquisitions and stuff like that too but GZFX is starting up their operations and need $. How do they get $? Not by doing aquisitions but issuing stock to sell.

Do you think that GZFX buying Gamechoice inventory (Lets assume they issue stock for this) does not directly affect getting more money? Through more subs, because THEY have more movies/games to RENT?
