uhmm I think claims that GZFX is profitable and is going to be a billion $ market cap company are unfounded. Its probably not even an opinion but a lie with intent to mislead for personal gain.
My posts regardging dilution are facts, not opinion. GZFX did file a big SB-2 and dropped over 90% in a short period of time. Now they increased authorized which is a fact. Companies increase authorized so they have access for more shares is also a fact. Shares can be used for aquisitions and stuff like that too but GZFX is starting up their operations and need $. How do they get $? Not by doing aquisitions but issuing stock to sell.
You got your opinion and I don't hound you for repeating it over again and again and again. Don't set a double stardart here.
