what you say makes sense, but i just cant figure out why institutions allow it. Unless there is a way that they are benefiting in this process somehow. What that benefit is, i do not know

couple of other interesting things

1. Captial ventures owned little over 5million shares prior to 2011 R/S, yet they invested even more and now own about 7million

2. Prior to 2011 R/S insiders dumped shares. Here they are buying, yes i say buying because prior to this current award. Neil was awarded shares, but he still had to pay 0.34 i think along with byron i think

3. All this info is on nasdaq website, just go back to the sec filings in 2011
