If the R/S,they Can Dillute Again to Finance Expensive Plant Upgrades.

and Lets Face It,its harder for a Stock with 144M shrs. to Move Up than 10M shrs.

and It's More Expensive to Short If the Stock is Over $5

Pacific Ethanol has the Votes for It,Or they Would not have Put It Up for a Vote.

I Don't Know If You Remember before Christmas,When they Got the Inst. On Board for Shrs. for Management.

But WHO In there RIGHT Mind Would Vote to GIVE Management Shrs.
After the Shr. Price Dropped from $1.80s to .32c.

And Yet It Passed !
