#64029 RE: WalkmanNpt #64028

It's a different, should be better product, the model is different as it is monthly thu. Difficult to say what it will do, marketing and then support for retention is key. It will not have the huge price tag, so no millions in a couple of months as other product did. Dustin is not aiming for one big payout. He is trying for monthly ongoing revenues. Ongoing Good marketing and retention for building revenues. There is always fall out on a monthly model, so continuously adding is key to keep revenues steady, continuously adding more than falls out to grow revenues.

Hi stepping, i agree with almost everything you wrote.

How could you not agree with everything he said?

I was thinking yesterday. Mbs made 8 million in 2 years. If it produces 25% of that revenue this time around, andi will be a penny. What do you think?

This CM launch is very different and cannot be compared to MBS from a few years ago. The $8 mil was made over just a few days after each launch which was HYPED extensively. So far, we haven't seen much in the way of CM hyping...hopefully it is coming! We are also looking for steady, monthly revenues from CM so it will take a number of months to know if it is successful. We may not see much of an increase in the pps when it does launch.

BTW, what's the math behind your .01/share price if we bring in $2 mil over 2 years?

25% of $8 million in two years would be $1 million a year in revenue. With ANDI at a penny, that would be over a $10 million market cap. which would mean a 10x annual revenue multiple, and that's not factoring in any of the value of the preferred Bs. Needless to say, a 10x annual revenue multiple is very high and is reserved for companies with very high gross profit margins and even higher growth rates, and, again, that's without factoring in any value of the preferred Bs. (The preferred Bs change the valuation in a HUGE way.) I hope this helps.

The current market cap of ANDI is 1.96 million (company net worth). The company Preferred B Shares represents $14.5 million.

CURRENTLY @ .0017

8 million for two years @ 1 million a quarter, might justify the PPS now at best, but not for me = IMO
