there is also no absolute knowledge of the dedt being gone, reported on the same 10q that the o/s was on. Do the people that can find out that there is no longer debt not find the actual o/s?
I think the key word you said yourself is those shares don't exist YET. If those shares already existed and were eaten by shareholders they wouldn't be the problem. But there is a problem... GZFX needs $ and that $ will come in exchange for new shares. Those shares will have to be dumped and dilution never helps. In fact just about always it kills the stock.....
Just remembered a stock that had 4 billion shares out(until they upped to to 5.5B just recently}. Very similar to GZFX in share strucutre, pps, volume(500M+ days} fast movement, following(back in those days), dilution. This stock ran from .0011 to .047 and did have a great story. But unfortunately it had this same dilution problem. And heres what dilution does over time on a chart.
