I disagree, dilution has been a necessary means for many of the strong companies of today, But it has also been abused many times. I agree that the dilution should be watched carefully but I do not believe it is a disease as many claim. For good companies with a strong business plan and careful use of this dilution it can be a benefit. I believe this is the case here. They have it available but with the better than expected numbers we are getting today it is becoming less and less likely that they will need to use it. Profitability for this company is on the horizon IMO and they have very little debt. The CC deal cost them nothing up front, just a revenue share agreement which is like free advertising IMO.

I do not believe it was dilution that caused this, although it contributed.

I agree gzfx and Sirius...not quite in the same neigborhood. but GZFX and ADOT? i'll take your word on the structure. but what about business model and revenue potential, quarterly sales of ADOT vs monthly subs plus sales of GZFX did you take that into account? again, not in the same neigborhood. that's like comparing ebay to intel.

Really?? Since you have taken the torch to "save" us from ourselves please explain to us all very uneducated folk (in your eyes) where it is that the money from subscriptions is being spent??

Are you really trying to convince everyone here that GZFX will not generate enough revenue from subscriptions in time that they will still sell 2.5 billion "new" shares for the sole purpose of diluting the value of the company for no other reason than managements personal gain and to hell with the investors??

I may not post much but when I do it is mostly because after 10 years of trading pennies, I am so sick and tired of reading the same retoric over and over again spewed by people who have nothing better to do with their time than to pick apart EVERY detail of a new and upcoming company for no other reason than to instill fear and doubt in the minds of new investors.

Have you ever just sat back and let a company run it's own course without you injecting your personal opinion?? Not possible, huh?? I did not think so.
