There has been much discussion on this board about the above, only because every time someone states it as fact the truth needs to be retold yet once again. I am somewhat dismayed that someone of such obvious promise as you would choose to ignore that.
Those shares do not yet exist, and as the PPS increases the likelihood of them ever seeing the light of day becomes proportionately less. If the company can do away with the GGI relationship for toxic financing, which it seems to many here they have intent and ability on accomplishing, this whole idea of dilution disappears completely.
Yet, you bring it up again, as your coup de grace here this evening. Invested with, how many million, in a stock you think is going nowhere? This is getting funny.
