How will the investing community know the merger really is completed this time?
The investing public has been told before that Mike Kendrick has merged a company with a shell that we bought shares in. He PR'd it, heck he was even the CEO of the public company if I'm not mistaken.
And then he says later that it never really happened. As if he can just walk away and we'd forget the past.
Nope, it's not possible for investors who do proper DD to trust that this merger will ever be real in my opinion.
