COWI is a real co. with real products & services...so honestly, I don't give a crap much about the A/S and O/S~ If MM-VNDM moves out of the way, then we will welcome mega gain here~
The current AS is not a factor, when the debt holders convert the company will just increase AS as they've done or RS again. They have control and shareholders have no say in these matters. So it's not numerically impossible, perhaps you need to read the filings.
