most all the people i supply it to are clearly terminal before i hear about them, and the goal is to maybe extend their time a little bit and to ease their side effects and general suffering. These are old conservative people who see it as medicine and aren't about to go out and buy a lava lamp.
The exception is the little japanese guy that has glaucoma, which is clearly helped by a brownie or a pinner: reduction of eyeball pressure is a symptom of being stoned... which is why, when the pressure is lessened, the blood pressure in the capillaries of the eyes allows more blood into them, which is why one's eyes get red after partaking.
As a cancer cure, there are several physicians (and others, of course) who post on IHUB about the topic. I don't claim to know that it cures cancer, but there are a lot of anecdotal things that shouldn't be discounted.
