Sure there is a lien, that's the only thing BGL had going for it. They filed that lien as a legal maneuver to try and protect themselves from being forced out, but it didn't work. The lien will go away as soon as the registry is updated. Once it was decided that BGL has no legal claim to Cinco Minas, the lien became meaningless, because they have no legal claim to it.
I don't know where you live, but any property in the world can be bought or sold with a lien on it as long as the buyer agrees to assume the lien. Since SRGE knew they had legal possession of Cinco Minas, they knew the lien was meaningless so there was no danger of assuming the lien.
As hard as you try, you can't change facts. You can call them lies, you can call them anything you like, but it doesn't change the fact that the following are true. You can say WRONG, LIES, whatever you choose, but that doesn't change the fact that the following are TRUE, no matter what you choose to say about them.
FACT: SRGE has surface rites to Cinco Minas Fact: SRGE has a lease with the locals Fact SRGE is paying the local a large sum of money each month Fact SRGE are the only people allowed on the property Fact When the mining registry is updated. BGL will no longer be listed as anything at Cinco Minas Fact: When the registry is updated, Concession Titles will be in SRGE name Fact: BGL directors will be arrested and tried in Mexico for fraud and money laundering FACT: BGL starved the workers and killed their cattle.
None of those are facts. The only fact is SRGE was spreading lies.
