My understand is that Val or a MediaG3, Inc company representative has or attempted to contact you, requesting the RFP for a bid. That company representative requested the address and needed bandwidth.
Did that not occur or if it did happen, did you follow through and send that RFP? If you did not respond, why are you reluctant to send the RFP to MediaG3?
You promised to be objective, yet you do not appear to acknowlege Val's or the company's representative request to service your RFP.
