Any legit business owner would have reservations about divulging the location of one of their projects to a group that he has suspicions of. Personally, I would be very wary of allowing people I believe to be criminal fraudsters to interfere with my very real business. I do not believe the fraudsters behind MDGC are above attempts to sabotage the legit business of voices who are critical of MDGC.
So Paul is just showing good sense in protecting his business until he believes MDGC actually has a real service offering. To date, they have behaved nothing like a real business. No one with Val's obviously faked credentials and history of failure and involvement with penny stock nonsense would be allowed past my electronic-keyed locked doors, unless and until they started behaving like a legit business and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that they had a viable service offering that met my needs.
Our offices currently have a more advanced line-of-sight offering than Val's fantasy wireless based on obsolete LMDS tech. The company we contracted with has a professional website, professional sales people (available via normal channels), professional installers with company vehicles, a 5 9s SLA, and a large portfolio of publicly visible customers using the same or similar service.
Understanding the MDGC is a "new business" (LOL! for over 3 years!), the burden is definitely on Val and MDGC to prove their legitimacy, not the other way around.
Put up or shut up, Val! You've been ripping people off for far too long with your fantasy business.
