Dilution....done by all development stage bio stock is required to get fundings, ACTC also on the OTCQB exchange and stem-cell development stage company has diluted to 2B outstanding shares and has market captial of 160M. IND number....indicates that the IND hasn't been refuse and placed on refuse to file status.
Don't care if it takes to .0002 I'm in it for a LONG while..I don't need this money so i'm holding my shares until it pays my house off. I wish everyone took my stand, we'd probably be around 3-4 cents by now.
