If those videos and pictures were fraudulent why hasn't SRGE released recent videos showing that the mine is operating and generating revenues like they reported???Can you answer that???

WRONG. It's an independent report. It was done by independent forensic investigators. That is the kind of report that can be used in a court of law.

There is no telling when the "recent" videos were made...It all comes down to who and what you choose to believe

Can you say that again? You would chose to believe companies that have no working phones instead? Can you contact the bozos at SRGE or MSJ? Please tell us if you can. If you have proof Bandera is not telling the truth tell the TSX. Well....the morons running the scam already tried that. I guess there is a Flat Earth Society. There is a greater chance the Earth is flat than SRGE/MSJ is on the level.

The BGL video and photos showing overgrown weeds, destroyed electrical panels, broken equipment, etc. were obviously taken AFTER someone painted the Southridge logo on one of the tanks as that tank is repeatedly shown in the video and in multiple photos. They are all time and date stamped as well.

They are proof positive that SRGE falsely staged their selected photos to make it look like there was activity.

These were taken in mid-December. BGL may have sent them to the SEC before the 12/28/12 suspension.
