Internet Explorer: Tools | Internet Options, Settings, Check for Newer Version of Stored Pages. If it's on Never, change to Automatically. If it's on Automatically, change to Every Visit to the Page. Also, is user accessing IE directly, or using AOL browser?

If that's not the issue, try a different browser. I use Mozilla Firefox, have had no problem with iHub.

One more - delete temp files (Tools | Internet Options, Delete Files)

If still a problem, cleaning out Windows temp folder might help

Matt, again I recommend ewido, run the free scan near bottom left. I had "Winfixer trojan pop up all over and this was the only one that found and removed it.

Norton Internet Security and a firewall

Does this mean we have two firewalls running? NIS and what else? Could be a problem there...fighting for control. Assuming XP as the system, do we have all the Windows updates? Have we been to Symantec or TrendMicro Housecall and run the online Virus/trojan scan? There are plenty of baddies out there capable of hiding from installed Anti-virus applications.
