There is a hearing on April 18 for modification of 5th POR. I don't know what modifications they are requesting. Maybe Vortmax may know more. Vortmax said that commons cannot be cancelled before June? I'd like to know how he arrived at that. First qtr 2013 results are due probably early June and they will be important to see if profitable qtrs continue...

Hey Tony,...I feel the same way. How can they cancel a shitload of shares just because it doesn't meet an ownership threshold.
