you can not prove that no one talked to Tatiana...It's widely known that the pmr website is not a reliable source of information since it takes so long to update...They do updates often, but they are way behind in being current.
You have an opinion that no one talked to Tatiana, but you are wrong. Several people have talked to her, and I suspect more have who don't admit it because they know she confirmed SRGE had the concession titles...
